Booking Terms
Please review these terms before sending a travel enquiry.
Enquiries and confirmation
Submitting this form or sending a WhatsApp message does not confirm a booking. A journey is confirmed only when Somu Hiremath Travels agrees to the availability, itinerary, vehicle and price directly with you.
Vehicles, services and pricing
Photos and listed services are for reference. Vehicle availability, passenger capacity, routes, pickup times, pricing, tolls, parking and other charges must be discussed and confirmed before booking. No listed service is guaranteed to be available.
Changes and cancellations
Payment, advance, cancellation, refund and itinerary-change conditions must be agreed directly with the business before confirmation. Contact the business promptly if your plans change.
Your travel details
Please provide accurate contact and travel information. Do not include sensitive personal or payment information in the additional requirements field.
